CKD-aP can be a life-disrupting condition that is associated with decreased QoL and poor prognosis. Despite this, CKD-aP remains under-recognized with limited treatment options. This educational symposium was hosted and chaired by Prof. Gert Meyer (Medical University of Innsbruck, Austria) and addresses the unmet needs of patients with CKD-aP on dialysis. The symposium consists of three 15-minute presentations by leading experts in the field, followed by a 10-minute panel discussion and Q&A session.
